    By accessing and using the Lean On Me IT Solutions and Training website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

    • Service Scope
      Lean On Me provides in-home and remote technology support and training services, primarily for individuals in South East Brisbane. 

    • Appointments and Cancellations
       Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.   Late cancellations may incur a fee.

    • Fees and Payments
       Service fees are clearly outlined on our website and in promotional materials. Payment is due upon completion of service     unless otherwise agreed in writing.

      All Packages offered are billed as a monthly subscription. Failure to pay the package fee before contact will result in a full charge as outlined in the Prices section of this website. 

    • 24/7 Support
       Clients with eligible packages may access 24/7 phone support for urgent scam-related concerns. While we strive to respond   promptly, response times may vary depending on availability.

    • Privacy and Confidentiality
      We respect your privacy and handle all personal and technical information with care. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

    • Limitation of Liability
      While we take every precaution to provide accurate advice and reliable service, Lean On Me is not liable for any loss, damage, or data loss resulting from the use of our services.

    • Client Responsibility
      Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring access to relevant devices or accounts during service appointments.

    • Changes to Terms
      Lean On Me reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
